Can fish live in water made specifically for turtles in an outdoor pond?

I just got done digging a 100-130 gallon hole in my backyard for my two red eared slider turtles. Today I am going shopping for the liner and other things I need for the pond. I know RES turtles eat fish so I want to put guppies and aquatic snails in the pond for my turtles to chase around and eat. I'm going to use chlorine remover and reptile and amphibian water conditioner on the water before I put my turtles in. Will the guppies and snails be able to live in that?
