Why are the answer tallies messed up on Yahoo! Answers?

I just voted on the answer for a question. And it shows one answer with 67% of the votes, and 3 others with 33% each. That adds up to 166%. Then when I hit refresh, guess what? Only one answer had votes and totaled 67%. What is going on?
