I need help getting financial aid?

I withdraw a course on spring, and financial aid hasn't contact me ever since. I went in line for 2 hours to talk to a financial aid specialist, and the lady was really rude and being unprofessional. She was talking to her co workers and stuff, and I had to sit there waiting 5 minute just listening to her convo.. When she was done, all she told me was that "do I have a diploma?" I answered yes, and 5 min. later she told me I was suspended from financial aid.. After that, she gave me a paper to reinstate my financial aid application, but I never fill it out.. Instead, I waited a week to fill out the application online, but I never got a reply ever since.. It's been 1 to 2 weeks already, and financial aid never mail me an application stating I'm suspended or not.. I'm so worried right now that I have filled out job application because if I don't get any aid for next semester, I'm very screwed.. What should I do? Talk to the financial aid people this Monday again?
