Why is my car smoking when i come to a stop

i have a 95 bonneville with 152k. when i come to a stop, there is smoke coming from the front of the engine. i can't pinpoint it though.it's not a lot. it smells like rubber burning. besides that the car runs great. also i've noticed it always happens when i come to a stop.
