When will my breakthrough bleeding stop? (Details inside)?

I recently went to the gyno for an annual and went on the pill because my periods were irregular. The doctor prescribed me provera, which is a hormone pill to force a period. I then began taking yaz. I have 5 days left until I hit the placebos, and I'm still bleeding. I called the doctor and they told me this is normal, but gave me no idea when it will stop. Will I get a real period when I stop taking the placebos? Do you have any clue when the bleeding will stop?
