Overdrive off light blinking on my F250 superduty?

I replaced the speed sensor. Can drive starting in 2nd, get up to speed, throw it in neutral, and it's okay. Do I need a new ? Or replace the sillinoid or torque converter first? Seems electronic, not mechanical.
