Why do they get away with saying "cracker" as a racial slur on TV?!?

is this no longer a racial slur or something, because I get pretty offended when I hear it, especially on TV. Had to beat someone's *** for using it in casual conversation... like I wouldn't care. Then there are people on tv (BET in particular) that say things like "support black business"... what's that racist load of crap all about?! What boycott white business... That's bs... why is there no censorship on White racism on TV? The Chapelle show... need I go on? I would like to make a change in this but don't know who to contact.
