I have a mongoose menace bmx, i wanna change the frame to a united forte 40HT 2008?

I havent changed anything on the bike yet, all the parts are still from mongoose so nothing has changed since i bought it. Will it be bad or hard to use since my wheel set is going to be very heavy compared to my frame? Or should i change the wheel set 1st before the frame? Any suggestions for a good frame and wheel set?
