Im scared of roller coasters please help me!!!!!!!!!!?

ok, im going to florida in august and im 13 and im scare of them. im going to busch gardens and i want to ride the montu its kinda similar to the batman ride in six flags. the first major one i went on was the rockin rollercoaster starring aerosmith and it was so fun i went on 4 times lol. but anyway i hate the feeling when you are going down a drop i get erflies and i cant breathe. i dont want to be scared becuase what if one day i go on a field trip to an amusment park and i dont want to go on the rollercoasters. everyones gonna laugh at me. plus my dad pressures me to go on them. this year he said you dont have to go on them but hes lying so please help me get rid of my fear on the montu do you get that erfliy feeling?
