PLZ HELP ME HOW CAN I STOP?

ok im adiccted to the computr and im only 14 i have to wear gles now because the computer screen has damaged my eyes...what it is is that i had no one livin near me and all i had was computer friends so i was always on the compuer....my GF dumped me cause while she was here all i did was go on the computer EVEN WHEN I WAS AT HER HOUSE I WANTED ON HER'S....how can i stop?? plz i need honest answers i mean can i do like mental things to help stop? help PLZ
