Should I go to study for 1 year in Ireland?

Dublin is the capital of southern ireland while belfast is the capital of northern ireland. They are two different countries with a border on the same island. The north is in the U.K while the south is Irish. There are no racist attacks in Dublin or southern ireland and been from Italy you will have no problems. Even in Northern Ireland its only a minority of people who are racist. So Ireland welcomes you. Belfast and Dublin are over 100 miles apart anyway so good luck.
