Should you lift heavyweight first or lightweight first when working out?

I'm pretty skinny and I need to gain muscle m. So I focus on lifting heavyweight. But some people say you should lift heavyweight first, then do burnouts. At the same time, I also heard people say you should lift lightweight first in oder to let your muscle warm up. Can any bodybuilder tell me which way is the best to gain muscle? Thank you very much!
