There is a dent on my door, an was wondering if there was a way to open the inside of the door to push it out?

There is a way to take off the inner door panel yes, but you may be hindered by a guard beam on the inside of the door, or other obstacles. If the dent isn't too serious, why not take it to a body shop and get a price on repair, you may get a surprise.
