What are mosh pits like?

It sure was... there was a quick rush of adrenaline and before i knew it there was a mosh pit. Yep it was pretty fun because i went with two friends and one of them was a football player. He actually tackled someone to the ground. I have gotten hurt though i've gotten my arm almost broken like three times i got punched in the face (some guy tripped and fell forward. next thing i knew BAM!!). Well i felt like i knew everyone there everyone get's friendly and watch your back. Hell you even find a couple of girls that know what their talking about when you say what's your favorite death metal band.
