What you think the judge would do to me?
i got pulled over in the state of ohio on october 08, got a ticket for driving under the influence. when i went to court, he suspended my license for six months. So they gave me a work permit, for six months to allow me to go back and forward to work. well I got pulled over again, in the state of ohio again. the cop had no probable cause. gave me a ticket for failure to reinstate me license. the work permit had just expired maybe two to four days before my date of ticket. my work permit was not in the vehicle at the time and if i had of knew it was void i would have never driven the car. what are the probabilities that the judge can do? he said it was six months suspension of license, 30 hours of community service and a thousand dollar fine. and could they allow me to have a another work permit? if they gave me another work permit i'd be happy so i could go back in forward to work.
